Delivery Information

Here you will find all of the delivery information you should need before you place your order.

UK orders.

Royal Mail -We use a 2-4 Day signed for service although your delivery may take longer depending on how busy Royal Mail is. Royal Mail is the cheapest and consequently our slowest service.  Please note that if a Package becomes lost, stolen or damaged, we accept no responsibility for this and must wait 14 days from the last tracking update before we can start a claim. This means that your items cannot be resent until the claim has been completed. 

DPD-We offer three delivery options with DPD, 1-2 day, next day and Saturday guarantee. We always advise using these services if your order totals more than £100 as a precaution. Some items listed MUST be sent with DPD, such as guns, air tanks and batteries due to Royal Mail policies. This means that the website may not give you the option for cheaper postage. Please note that if your package becomes lost, stolen or damaged, we accept no responsibility for this and must wait 14 working days after the last tracking update before we can start a claim for a refund. This means that your items cannot be resent until the claim is complete.

Non-UK Orders.

Royal Mail -We use Royal Mail international service with no time scale due to customs. This means that your orders will take longer than the standard delivery time. We have no involvement with Customs so the length of time that your parcels are held is determined by the customs services related to you. Please note that if a Package becomes lost, stolen or damaged, we accept no responsibility for this and must wait 14 days from the last tracking update before we can start a claim. This policy is extended to 28 days if the item has been lost in customs and not in transit to or from customs.

DPD -We do not offer a DPD international service but this may change in the future.


ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11AM WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY REGARDLESS OF THE DELIVERY OPTION CHOSEN.
