Royal Mail -We no longer offer Royal Mail shipping on orders. Warranty items will continue to be returned using the 2-4 day service as standard but you can upgrade to DPD if requested.
DPD -We offer two delivery options with DPD, 1-2 working days and Saturday guarantee. We always advise using these services if your order totals more than £100 as a precaution. Some items listed MUST be sent with DPD, such as guns, air tanks and batteries due to Royal Mail policies. This means that the website may not give you the option for cheaper postage. Please note that if your package becomes lost, stolen or damaged, we accept no responsibility for this and must wait 14 working days after the last tracking update before we can start a claim for a refund. This means that your items cannot be resent until the claim is complete. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any DPD delays and any issues regarding this should be resolved with DPD directly. This means no postage refunds will be issued for delays. 1-2 working days is also an estimation for DPD's time and not our dispatch time.
