PRICING
All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT (Value added tax).
Prices are subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain property of High Pressure Airsoft until paid for in full.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery within the UK can be by either Royal Mail or DPD depending on speed of service chosen and your location.
Delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)Please note that High Pressure Airsoft cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers miss sorting
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish
Please note that air and tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.
If items delivered are damaged in transit please contact us within 48hrs of delivery, photos for proof may be required, some items may be required to be returned to us at our cost.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order so long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order please call us on 07464959301.
RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s)
Unwanted item(s) returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We recommend the use of Royal Mail, UPS or DPD.
It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us, no refunds will be given for lost, damaged or stolen items so ensure adequate insurance has been applied.
All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of delivery.
When returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details/order details' failure to do this will delay any work to be carried out or refund.

Due to an update to PayPal's T&C's regarding returns, if you have made your payment using paypal we will refund you the item cost less 3%
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please contact us or the manufacturer for advice and/or repair, we will cover the cost of your shipping to us or the manufacture. However if the item(s) damaged are found to be user error we may require you to cover all costs before we send the item(s) back to you.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, High Pressure Airsoft does not offer a refunds on prebuilt Rif's or air tanks unless they are in a resell-able condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
